Han Le Han is a Berlin-based artist and researcher. Influenced by her training in ikebana, the Japanese art of floral arranging, she often works with flowers and other plant materials on an installation scale in order to explore their existential value as means of artistic expression. Through experimental and conceptual approaches, she addresses themes of botanical culture, gardens and landscapes, and the role they take on in shaping identities, communities and cultural practices. Han Le’s work was shown as part of art performances and set designs at Gessnerallee Zürich, Arsenic Lausanne, as well as Maxim Gorki Theater and Pop-Kultur Festival in Berlin. In addition to her artistic practice, she worked with numerous art and cultural institutions as a researcher and writer, such as the Museum für Asiatische Kunst in Berlin, the Kunsthistorisches Institut Florenz or LEAP Magazine in Beijing.

Han Le Han ist eine in Berlin lebende multidisziplinäre Künstlerin. Beeinflusst von ihrer Ausbildung im Ikebana, der japanischen Kunst des Blumenarrangierens, befasst sie sich vor allem mit Kulturen des Botanischen und der Erforschung von Pflanzenmaterialien als künstlerischem Ausdrucksmittel. Ihr Interesse gilt inbesondere dem gestaltenden und transformativen Potential von Pflanzen, Gärten und Landschaften im Hinblick auf Identitäten, Communitys und kulturelle Praktiken. Han Les Arbeiten wurden im Rahmen von Performances und Bühnenbildern in der Gessnerallee Zürich, im Arsenic Lausanne und Maxim Gorki Theater sowie beim Pop-Kultur-Festival in Berlin gezeigt. Neben ihrer künstlerischen Praxis arbeitete sie mit zahlreichen Kunst- und Kulturinstitutionen als Kunstwissenschaftlerin und Autorin, wie dem Museum für Asiatische Kunst in Berlin, dem Kunsthistorischen Institut Florenz oder dem LEAP Magazine in Peking.
